King Shrimps In Yellow Curry With Coconut Milk And Jasmine Rice
- For the shrimps
In a deep skillet, we heat the olive oil and sauté the shrimps with the curry. We pour in the coconut milk and double cream. Once thick, we take it off the heat and add the spring onion and seasoning. - For the rice
We cook the rice as instructed on the package. In a skillet, we put the sesame oil and sauté the boiled rice. We sprinkle with the coriander, season to taste and serve.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Pescanova Vannamei large unshelled shrimps
- 1 tbsp yellow curry
- 100ml double cream
- olive oil
- 200ml coconut milk
- 120g jasmine rice
- boiled
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander
- salt
- pepper
