  1. We unfreeze the squids and clean them. We cut them in halves.
  2. In a large saucepan, we heat the olive oil and brown the squids for 2 minutes.
  3. We add the onions and the leeks and continue with the browning for 5 more minutes.
  4. We add the grated tomato and the water, the salt and pepper and simmer for about 25 minutes or until thick.
  5. We serve the food hot, garnishing with grated pepper and a drizzle of lemon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of whole Pescanova squid
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 2 dried onions, finely chopped
  • 3 leeks, sliced
  • 4 medium tomatoes, grated on a grater
  • 1 glass of water
  • Salt, pepper
