Oven-Baked Baby Hakes With Finocchio And Olive Oil & Lemon Sauce With Ginger, Lemongrass And Oregano


- For the olive oil & lemon sauce
In a blender, we toss in the lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cut in thin slices and the lemongrass. We mix well and add the olive oil little by little and finally the oregano. - For the baby hakes
On a baking tray, we put the bay leaves, finocchio and onion, cut in thin slices; we marinate them in olive oil, water, wine, salt and pepper. We top with the fish and drizzle with the olive oil & lemon sauce and season well. We cover with foil and cook in preheated oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes. We remove the foil and keep cooking for 7 more minutes, until the baby hakes turn golden brown. To finish, we drizzle again with the aromatic olive oil & lemon sauce.

- 1 pack Pescanova baby hakes
- 1 finocchio
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 100ml wine
- 150ml water
- 300ml olive oil
- 100ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemongrass powder
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tbsp parsley
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
