Shrimp Saganaki With Ouzo, Green Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil And Feta
- For the saganaki
In a deep skillet, we pour olive oil and sauté over high heat the shrimps, pepper, onion, finocchio, garlic; we finish with the ouzo. We add the tomato along with the sugar and seasoning and boil until we get a thick sauce. We toss in the feta, cherry tomatoes, basil and spring onion.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Pescanova Vannamei small shrimps without shell
- 2 tbsp green pepper diced
- 1 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finocchio, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp canned tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ouzo
- 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 100g feta, crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
- olive oil

- pepper
- sugar
