  1. For the saganaki
    In a deep skillet, we pour olive oil and sauté over high heat the shrimps, pepper, onion, finocchio, garlic; we finish with the ouzo. We add the tomato along with the sugar and seasoning and boil until we get a thick sauce. We toss in the feta, cherry tomatoes, basil and spring onion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Pescanova Vannamei small shrimps without shell
  • 2 tbsp green pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp finocchio, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 tbsp canned tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ouzo
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 100g feta, crushed
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
