Cold shrimp salad
- In a pan, we heat the olive oil and brown the shrimps for a few minutes.
- Once a nice crust is formed, we add salt and take the shrimps off the heat.
- In a large bowl, we mix all the salad ingredients and serve in 4 smaller bowls.
- We pour a tablespoonful of olive oil over each bowl and garnish with the succulent shrimps.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of shrimp Pescanova Vannamei without shell,
- 50 ml olive oil,
- 4 boiled beets, cut into small cubes,
- 4 cucumbers, cut into cubes,
- 2 Florin peppers, cut into small squares,
- 2 spring onions, cut into slices,
- 2 medium tomatoes diced,
- Juice of 2 limes,
- zest of 1 lime,
- a little fresh thyme,
- 4 tsp. of olive oil soup
