  1. For the fish sticks
    In a preheated oven, we line a baking tray with parchment paper, put the fish sticks and bake at 200 °C for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. For the guacamole
    In a mixing bowl, we toss in the avocados cut in large chunks. We squash them with a fork and combine with the remaining ingredients. To finish, we add the tomato and coriander. We season to taste.

  • 1 pack Pescanova fish sticks from hake fillet gluten-free
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • juice and zest of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • salt
  • pepper
