Linguine With Shrimps In Tarragon And Lemon Sause

  1. In a deep skillet, we heat the olive oil and sauté the shrimps. We add the finocchio, onion, garlic and flambé with the cognac. We remove the shrimps and pour the cream in. Once thick, we toss in the pasta, spring onion, shrimps, tarragon, lemon zest and seasoning and we serve.

  • 1 pack of Pescanova Vannamei large unshelled shrimps
  • 200g linguine, al dente
  • 100ml double cream
  • 1 tbsp finocchio, finely chopped
  • cognac
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 ½ tbsp dried tarragon
  • 1 tbsp spring onion, finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
