Crab Salad With Paprika-Flavoured Homemade Pitta Chips
- For the pitta chips
We cut the pitta in triangles. We put them in a baking tray, sprinkle with the smoked paprika and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 3 minutes. - For the crab salad
In a bowl, we mix the mayonnaise, mustard and the juices from the citrus fruit. In another bowl, we toss in the crab, tomato, chive and capers and combine with the other mix. We season to taste and serve.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Pescanova surimi sticks with crab flavour, cut into round slices
- 2 pittas
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp capers, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp chive
- 1 tomato, sliced
- smoked paprika
- 82ml orange juice
- salt
- pepper
