Fried A La Romana With Three Dips (Sweet Chili Mayo / Yoghurt With Avocado / Honey Mustard)
- For the a la Romana
In a deep skillet, we heat the sunflower oil and fry the a la Romana until golden brown. We drain on absorbent paper towels. - For the mayo dip
In a mixing bowl, we combine the mayonnaise with the sweet chili. - For the yoghurt dip
In a blender, we mix the avocado with the lime, until thick. Next, in a mixing bowl, we combine it with the yoghurt, salt and pepper. - For the mustard dip
In a mixing bowl, we combine the mustard with the honey.

- 200g mayonnaise
- 60g sweet chili
- 150g strained yoghurt
- 1 avocado
- juice of 1 lemon
- 200g mustard
- 60g honey
- sunflower oil, for frying
- salt
- pepper
