Fried A La Romana With Three Dips (Sweet Chili Mayo / Yoghurt With Avocado / Honey Mustard)

  1. For the a la Romana
    In a deep skillet, we heat the sunflower oil and fry the a la Romana until golden brown. We drain on absorbent paper towels.
  2. For the mayo dip
    In a mixing bowl, we combine the mayonnaise with the sweet chili.
  3. For the yoghurt dip
    In a blender, we mix the avocado with the lime, until thick. Next, in a mixing bowl, we combine it with the yoghurt, salt and pepper.
  4. For the mustard dip
    In a mixing bowl, we combine the mustard with the honey.

  • 200g mayonnaise
  • 60g sweet chili
  • 150g strained yoghurt
  • 1 avocado
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 200g mustard
  • 60g honey
  • sunflower oil, for frying
  • salt
  • pepper
