  1. For the fish sticks

  2. For the tacos
    We spread the mayonnaise over the tacos and fill them with the fish sticks and vegetables; we garnish with the coriander and drizzle with lime.

  • 1 pack Pescanova fish sticks from hake fillet, gluten-free
  • 1 pack soft corn tortillas
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 1 lime, cut in 4 quarters
  • iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • ½ cucumber in slices
  • 1 red pepper, cut in long thin strips
  • sunflower oil, for frying
