Tacos Filled With Fish Sticks, Vegetables And Lime (Mayo, Iceberg Lettuce, Tomato, Coriander, Cucumber, Red Pepper)
- For the fish sticks
In a hot skillet with sunflower oil, we fry the fish sticks until golden brown. We drain them on absorbent paper towels. - For the tacos
We spread the mayonnaise over the tacos and fill them with the fish sticks and vegetables; we garnish with the coriander and drizzle with lime.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Pescanova fish sticks from hake fillet, gluten-free
- 1 pack soft corn tortillas
- 100g mayonnaise
- 1 lime, cut in 4 quarters
- iceberg lettuce, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 tbsp coriander
- ½ cucumber in slices
- 1 red pepper, cut in long thin strips
- sunflower oil, for frying
